From a spreadsheet to shared infrastructure
In 2019, the team behind The Baxter Project needed to evidence outcomes across growing school partnerships. A spreadsheet became a portal; the portal became ODISSYS—a joined-up operating record for referral, consent, delivery, safeguarding and outcomes.
That origin gives ODISSYS practical depth. It also creates a relationship that should be explicit: David O’Driscoll founded both The Baxter Project and Odis Systems Ltd. Baxter is a founder-linked operating case study, not independent customer validation.
