Growth exposed the joins nobody owned
The first problem was not a lack of care or professional effort. It was fragmentation. Referrals arrived in one place, consent in another, practitioner notes lived in spreadsheets and outcome evidence became visible only when somebody reconstructed the story later.

A current, qualified outcome picture
Across the 12 months to the snapshot date, the live system records 1,112 learners and 8,051 sessions. Among learners with comparable paired records, average wellbeing movement was +8.4% across 932 learners, resilience movement was +9.7% across 319, and difficulties reduced by 6.7% across 388.
Those cohorts differ because measure availability and completion differ. The figures describe observed movement in founder-linked operational data; they do not prove ODISSYS or an intervention caused the change. Small cohorts and incomplete follow-up should remain visible rather than be hidden inside a headline.
What this case study proves—and what it does not
It demonstrates sustained operational use at meaningful scale and shows how one provider works across school relationships. It does not independently validate ODISSYS, certify every implementation or replace a buyer’s governance and due-diligence process.
